Fire Pits and Tables / Manual Awn
Built with a T5 grade corrosion-resistant aluminum frame and spurted plastic steel hand crank, this awning ensures a safe, easy-to-adjust, lightweight design that is robust enough to withstand certain scale winds, as tested via Beauport scale 4. This combination provides workmanship of the highest quality, an elegant design, and a solid, washable structure that is both corrosion and UV resistant, making it lightweight yet sturdy.
The fabric is made from water-resistant 280g/m² polyester treated with a PU coating, offering 50+ UV solar protection. It is designed to be resistant to sun fading and tested to a wind resistance Beauport scale 4, ensuring durability and longevity. This premium fabric provides the necessary protection against the elements.
The retractable arms feature an aluminium and steel frame supported by double-rope in torsion bars, ensuring safety and ease of use. These arms allow for smooth and secure retraction, making the awning easy to store and maintain.
Included with the awning are the awning itself, a crank handle, brackets, 2 retractable mounting brackets, an instruction manual, and additional mounting hardware. The awning can be opened and closed using the hand crank. Before installation, please prepare the following tools: a power drill with a drilling bit, tape, and a wrench. This kit ensures a straightforward setup process without the need for additional tools.
Assembly is required for this awning. For optimal performance, the recommended installation height is between 8' and 12'. The tilt of the retractable bracket can be adjusted as needed, ranging from 0 to 35 degrees. Installation is best on a concrete, hard wooden, or massive brickwork wall. For different types of walls such as insulation, double brick, brick, wood, or vinyl facing, contact a professional for advice.
