Our gazebos come in various sizes: 10x10ft, 12x10ft, 12x16ft, with both metal hardtop options and privacy panel/insect netting. The gazebos are shipped via LTL carriers or FedEx Ground, packed in 3 or 4 boxes with clearly labeled parts. While uncommon, the boxes may be separated during FedEx Ground transit and delivered on multiple days.

Assembling our outdoor gazebo requires 4-5 people. The detailed instructions and part-specific serial stickers make the process straightforward. We recommend having a ladder, electric drill, and gloves on hand.

If you're missing any hardware or instructions after receiving the package, simply let us know your order number, and we'll promptly resupply the corresponding components and electronic guidance.

Due to the product's size, the gazebo will arrive in multiple boxes, which may not all come at the same time. Please be patient if you've only received a few boxes initially.
